How to Add and Format Text in PDFs with Adobe Acrobat



  Go to Edit > Preferences > Content Editing > Font Options. Select an appropriate font in the Default font for Add Text drop-down list. From the Tools Comment toolbar, select the Insert Text at Cursor tool. Click between the words or characters where you want to insert text.
